JRF posts (33 vacancies, Post Codes 01-07) require an M.E./M.Tech or M.Sc. in the relevant specialisation with at least 60% marks (M.E./M.Tech, CGPA 6.5/10) or 65% (M.Sc./B.E./B.Tech, CGPA 6.84/10); maximum age is 28 years as on 30 September 2026. Research Associate posts (8 vacancies, Post Codes 08-10) require a Ph.D in the relevant discipline, or an M.E./M.Tech with at least 3 years' research/teaching experience. Project Scientist-I posts (7 vacancies, Post Codes 11-16) require a Ph.D or M.E./M.Tech depending on the specialisation. Maximum age for RA and PS-I posts is 35 years. Age relaxation of 5 years is available for SC/ST and 3 years for OBC-NCL candidates.
